Auto to manual

Has anyone on here converted an auto to a manual on here? if so what exactly would i need to change. Would i be able to basically buy a doner non runner (head gasket or something) and swop the parts over, or is there other stuff i need.

ok to change the question a bit, will the 5 speed manual be a straight swap if i include a clutch, driveshafts and flywheel?
