Sills??

Hi guys , i have noticed on my driver side sill i have a touch of the dreaded rust stuff infact i could prob be able to push my finger through it
strange really cus its only about 2 -3 inch section Anyway it's totally p***ed me off and even worse where the hell do i get a new sill from i can't seem to locate one i'm sure i cud have it cut out and plated but depending on ££ i may just say sod it and have the lot changed
