Both Hazard Warning Flasher and both Turn Signals flashing

Hello Everybody,
I hope someone is able to help me with the following problem;
Both Hazard Warning Flasher and both Turn Signals Indicators flashing at the same time.

Hello,
The first thing that i would check would be the hazard light switch.
Next i would go for the indicator stalk then ecu, after that you would need to trace the wiring and see if there are any shorts.
