Indicators/side lights

Hello folks.
Newbie with a question here. I don't actually own an MX3 but I always admired them and quite fancied a V6 back in the day!!
Anyway now the question. I have a Minari kit car that I am restoring and the front head lights and front indicator/side lights are from the MX3. I was wondering if you can confirm one way or the other if the front indicator/side light units are the same as the Mk 1 MX5. I have heard this to be the case though not to sure. Anything you can say to help will be most appreciated.
