i tried to view it but it said it was only for moderators, i thought it would be full of guides on how to do things. or have i got the wrong idea??

lol if u read to title it a read only how to guild, the mod has locked the forum instead of locking the topics out,simple mistook

its a read only section and there is nothing there yet to read, i think? maybe its under construction. not sure and im a moderator.
