CV Joint boot fitting

Well i spent 4.5hr today changing my bloody CV boot, wot a nightmare, got a universal one IE spilt version, trimmed to size, glued and slealed, Greased Up, fitted with metal cable zip ties that came with, put wheel back on take for test drive, get home and find some nice grease all over me alloys…. hmm wots wrong me thinks, so back off with wheel, caliper, Brake Disk, and wot is it, the bloody metal zip tie at the joint end has came loose, so tomorrow i have to go to garage and buy some big Jubbalee Clips and hopefully this will hold the thing on, GOD why cant they make Ties That HOLD!!!!!

you can try them huge cable ties, that worked on my cavalier.
