mot was due so it had a major service . then i had a new cv boot and joint done to stop the clicking when pulling out of parking spaces. new drop link someother link thing cant remember what that was! then i went for the mot and it FAILED!!!!
but good news all round all i needed was side light bulbs both sides one near side headlight bulb coz pattern was off and new set of wiper blades. well chuffed i expected alot worse.
now thats out of the way for another year , on with the project.
finish pulling out the interior and tidy it up.
    new wheels
    rear strut bar
    and new gaskets all round.

  • look brilliant mate good choice.

  • good job,they look awesome!!

  • very white and clean, is this your daily driver ? cause i made mine black cause of the dirt and brake dust, just wondering how there gonna stay that nice?

  • i love cleaning my car and making it shine so.
i will be cleaning them all the time to keep em white , as long as possible.

  • Those look great. 8)

  • started tinting my lights started off small to see if its hard but its not, i used flyeye tints i think someones used it b4 on here i think it was marco . its great very easy to work with.
heres a before and after pic .

  • The headlights are a pain. I'd recommend you start with the outside of the lights, which is trickiest, and work towards the insides.

  • just a quick update , as you may know the klze swap didnt work obd1 to obd11 was to much.
but many thanks to daryl for his time and effort its a shame we couldnt get it working.
but heres a few new items that i managed to get.

will have pics when installed just waiting for the weather to change.

my new seats , ive been after some of these for ages . :D

  • love the seat graet work fell.
ive been after a set for about a year now

  • just a little update i fixed my oil leak ,changed the rocker cover gaskets , it was pretty easy to say im not mechanically minded , did both gaskets in about 3 hours with abit of help ,
all good fun and a bit of a learning proces got showered in petrol when i took the injector pipe of stuck my finger over the end to get something for it to drain into the when i let go splish splash i had a bath in petrol, but other than that fairly straight forward .saved me loads of money by doin it myself a mechanic wanted £240 just to do the back one,
it cost me £29 for gasket set and 3 hours of my day…
