Put a lug on the black one and screw it to something metal, think there is a dashboard support behind dials.
Pop out the factory dash dimmer switch and spice the live wire into this.
I'm sure it's all on the how to guide.

I have no skill with electrics and have hands like shovels that are not the best for fidlly bits. I know a good auto electrician who will do it for me. Theres also a switch next to my rear window switch for which I can find no purpose. Its not on a plug but hard wired in so I cant take the cowl off totally. Hes going to fix that at the same time.
