Any help would be appreciated as i dont want to have to go and buy another new cat. I personally was thinking of disconnecting the front pipe from the manifold seating it properly in the cat and then trying to bolt it back onto the manifold using a bit of brute force. Any ideas you may have on this are extremely welcome</p>

<p>quite often recently my dad has had a lot of bad catalists through that the joints are slightly warped, take it back and get it replaced it sound like its out of shape and thats why it does not fit properly</p>
